hence the issuance of perpetual bonds.
These perpetual bonds comply with REGULATION (EU) 2017/1129 chapter 1 (4) page 16.
This offering will allow us to purchase concrete assets in order to offer private micro banking services later.
thus, unlike our competitors, we secure the offering amounts rather than spending this money directly.
